HAVE A “BACK UP” SESSION

Consistency is the KEY to SUCCESS!

However, life does happen and can get in the way of your routine. Having a “back up” session will allow for the times you can’t make the gym due to unforeseen circumstances.

For example- A family member calls on a Monday evening, is stranded and needs a lift home. The time flies and before you know it there is not enough time to complete a workout.

BUT because you had a “back up” session just incase, you can complete the session you were going to do in the evening, in the morning!

Keeping you consistent, able to help out and not feeling bad for missing a session!
